Grand Tour 1765

Grand Tour 1765 is a board game that I developed developed for McKinsey, commissioned after the event game „Grand Tour“ (see below). The mechanism reflects on the themes of nobility, travel and etiquette. In the design of this game, which in contrast to the event is a competitive game design, the goal was to create mechanisms that allow the players to progress while playfully inhibiting each other. With the theme of the game, this is achieved through etiquette rules the travelling noblemen have to submit to. The game was produced with high-production values in an edition of 3000 pieces. I delivered the complete game design and specifications for the game materials.

Board game / Corporate publication / Fun, easy to play game with rich historical context / High production value
